Moira only got a brief time to enjoy her victory over Pilar's obstinate
attempt of remaining silent. The slave had after all used that as a last resort,
as she simply could not take any more, literally at the end of her rope.

There is a limit to how much mental and physical abuse a person can take,
before the mind decides it need a recess, and shuts down all input.
This eventually happened to Pilar: She crashed out completely.

And so the slave training program had to be put on hold after Moira found
that Pilar would not react in any way when she was taken out of the box.

This morning had been uneventful, in the sense that it had followed
Moira's routines.
Just an ordinary morning with forcefeeding, the rampant screaming during
the morning whipping, and the pathetic slave begging for mercy.

So Pilar was left to suffer in the silent dark basement. Weights tearing
at the nipples, while a clamp with sharp teeth punished her tongue for not
thanking her owner properly, as it had been misused to beg for mercy.

Moira's intention to whip Pilar on a regular basis had been explained to the
slave during one of her monologues.

She revealed that some of the recent ideas had come from the men she now
was in contact with.
Some suggestions that even Moira had considered to be unorthodox, but
she concluded even those should be tried as they had the potential to be
quite efficient for training her slave.

“I have read about a slave girl who was on a program to have her skin
toughened up by regular flogging. So I'll start each morning with a severe
trashing, followed by a second one when I return in the afternoon.”
Moira said, while a malevolent smile spread on her face.
“As they say; No pain, no gain!”

The floggings were therefore replaced by a thorough whipping, but this
last time the usual wild screams had been missing, replaced by mere
whimpers. Leading Moira to suspect that Pilar were feigning some
kind of condition in the hope to get a remit and be given an exemption.

But after giving Pilar a serious face slapping followed by electrical stimulation,
her slave began to show the whites of her eyes. Moira came to the conclusion
that it wasn't just a case of malingering and acting in the hope to get a break.

Moira decided that she needed to make Pilar receptive to the rather twisted
treatment she had in mind. And that meant that Pilar first had to be brought
out of the catatonic state.

She assumed that keeping Pilar in the dark and quiet box only would prolong
her unresponsive state. So she began to prepare a brighter and noisier
environment. Moira brought a set of lights from one of the closets in the
storage area, and then brought chains that she locked to the cage's four corners.

She smiled cunningly while connecting the cables to the lamps and then went
over to a touch-screen, making a selection of very fast death metal files to be
played on repeat during the day while she was busy with other matters.

The lights pointing toward the cage, but placed at such a distance that they
could not be reached. Not that Moira would ever leave Pilar with any limb free.
She was securely chained in a half-raised position that provided no rest or
comfort.

Moira knelt and leaned inside the cage to hold Pilar's head in her hands, shaking
it back and fourth as she spoke.

“Pilar, my dear little slave, I hope you can hear me now, you better snap out of
this before I get really cruel. All that have happened to you so far have
had a purpose, breaking you completely, so that I can begin to build a new
slave personality on top of your old one.”

Moira left and a barrage of loud sounds filled the dungeon. It took several
repetitions before the lyrics started to reach into Pilar's semi conscious mind.

'Crawl to your corner. Bow down on your knees. Devour me and feel my hate!
Blood on my hands, with a knife I penetrate. Your tongue is swollen by
desperate screams...…'

From a corner in Pilar's mind a voice said. 'Yes that is exactly how it is for me .'

The following day was a Saturday, which gave Moira plenty of time for the
preparations she needed to do before she could start her distorted treatment
of her 'patient.' Despite Pilar's unresponsive state, Moira decided to make also
this a roleplayed scene in context to the situation, so she donned a nurse
uniform before appearing in the basement.

Pilar was sitting inside the cage, with chains attached to her high collar and legs,
her arms were already securely fettered to her back, a simple but altogether
efficient means to keep her helpless.

“I expected that you eventually would try to avoid your training program by
going catatonic. Rest assured, that I have a plan for that!”
Moira said after she had unlocked the cage, and dragged Pilar outside.

She strapped Pilar into one straitjacket made from white canvas and wide
lockable leather straps that fit snugly around her upper torso while she let the
flaps for the breasts remain open.

Moira wrapped a piece of leather string around each breast and then
tightened the cord until the breasts were pulled together. Then she added a
clamp on each areolae, which pressed them nearly flat, and then threaded a
small bolt through the handle of each clamp, screwing them together.

Pilar kept her head leaning back against the metal posture collar throughout the
evil administrations, but now she raised it even higher, staring straight into the
ceiling, the bright lights blinded her eyes, as they glazed over in pain.

Pilar's arms was now released from the sides of the straightjacket, and
wrapped tightly around her body, her arms provided a short moment of relief
as they became a support for her mangled mammaries.

Yet this were only a short bliss since Moira as a final measure used two wide
leather straps on top. One running horisontally over her chest, while the
second went vertical down her neck, under the arms then to fold up again,
which was locked in place by a round magnetic lock.

This caused Pilar's breasts to be pushed aside again against the intricate breast
bondage and Pilar could feel the clamps tearing violently on her nipples.
She could not hold back more and started to scream in pain and desperation.

“Ahh the subject start to respond to the treatment already.” said Moira
with a snicker. “I though it would be near impossible to pull the straitjacket
this taut.”

“It is….. eeep!” Pilar could not finish the sentence and only squealed in a
miserable tone as Moira pulled on a strap to yield a final notch.

Moira added a leash, pulling Pilar along, while she wielded a rubber
truncheon in the other hand. She set off on a walk around the
dungeon making a number of turns while she manhandled Pilar, who
stumbled over the floor on hobbled legs.

Pilar was led eventually taken to a boxlike compartment in the fourth corner
of the room that she never seen the inside of before, when Moira opened
the door, she found it to be a small padded cell only slightly larger than a
wardrobe. The door of this small closet had enough latches and bolts to
provide an entire building floor with complete security.
Nothing unusual, rather in line the excess level of security that Moira used,
not satisfied by making every detail inescapable, but adding the mental
impact from seeing how every item of her captivity was overwhelmingly
strong or complex.

This was certainly true about this door, it was unusually thick and heavy
which could be seen as Moira had to lean backward to make it swing open.

Adding to all this there was also one very solid lock bar that would be raised
and locked in place with dual bolts that would keep the door firmly shut even
if none of the other locks had been used.

Pilar was quickly pushed inside and the door closed with an audible thump,
the sound softened by the padding on the door and the walls around her.

The padded cell had a narrow seat against the back wall. While the seat was
too short for her to lie down on, she tried folding down on the floor but
discovered that the floor area was too small to provide a comfortable
place to rest. And the strain from her arms wrapped around her body
stretched the canvas of the straitjacket, exacerbating the pain from her
already mangled breasts.

In the end, she had to abandon any attempt at lying down and instead
remained seated, dozing as best she could on the small seat.

The dungeon outside had gotten dark, the soundproofing had deadened all
sounds so she never heard Moira leave.

She looked up at the light in the ceiling of her tiny cell, certain that it had
been left on by purpose to ensure she would not get any proper sleep.

The worst was the throbbing pain in her breasts, even when she tried to lean
sideward to rest, the arms would flex and push against the breast trough the
thick textile and leather belts that run over her torso. Hastily she sat up straight
again, and remained so for the night.

Some hours later in the night Pilar thought she heard a sound outside and
stepped up, for a brief moment she thought she could see a dim figure moving
in the darkness outside. She did not believe in ghosts, so she wondered if
Moira had installed some kind of projector system to unsettle her further by
having ghost like figures appearing in the night. She stood still watching as
well as she could trough the narrow slit of the door but nothing more
transpired and eventually she returned to the sitting position, whining
softly over the pain in hear breasts she was powerless to do anything about.

One eternity of suffering later the light in the dungeon outside came on, Pilar
stood up tried to peek out trough the narrow view of the spy hole again.
Moira soon reappeared in her view, as she walked up to the door and looked
inside.

“So sweet of you to stand there waiting for me to return!” Moira's voice clearly
heard through a ceiling-mounted loudspeaker.

'I'm sure there's a microphone installed here as well,' Pilar thought as the door
was unlocked with clicks and a metallic thump which also was heard trough
the speaker when Moira removed the bar from the door.

The door swung open slowly, but Moira didn't seem to want to bring Pilar out
just yet; she stood with her hands on her sides, giving another of her pep talks
to get her slave in the right frame of mind before the action began.

“I stole some ideas from an old textbook on the treatment of insane patients,
so today we'll try one of dunking you upside down in a pool of water and
holding you under, until you're completely out of breath.”

“I'm looking forward to the close face-to-face contact we'll have when you
come up coughing for breath.”

“Since the professional medic not is supposed to have any erotic involvement
with the patient. There will be no chance we'll do any fondling, I'll settle for
just slapping your face and buttock of course.”

“But I'm wondering if you won't grow to like the dildos, which will be used in
the second part of our program, and grow is the keyword here!”

“Well only after your pussy and anus have been stretched to accommodate those
large monsters. Then, we got the option to replace them with even larger ones?”
Moira smiled, hear head leaning sidewise waiting for Pilar's response.

Pilar replied automatically.
“Thank you for all your work treating me mistress Nurse.”

Moira smacked Pilar on the side of the head with a rubber truncheon that had
been hanging from a holster on her leg.

“Excellent reply for context, but you forgot to use pidgin dialect you worthless cur.”

Moira produced a leash with a hefty handle. “This is a one-of-a-kind item for
controlling dangerous inmates and mental patients.” If the leash becomes taut,
an electrical unit in the handle sends a shock down the cord.

“Furthermore, if you do not comply with my orders, I have the option of pressing
a button that will cause severe pain to your neck.”

Pilar was finally brought out of her minuscule cell, she noticed that a portion
of the floor had been removed during the night and now was filled with water.

The hobble bar that had made her move in a duckwalk was removed, and
the cuffs on her ankles locked to wires that was used to winch her up by her
legs so that only her shoulders and neck remained on the floor.

But, before Moira began the treatment of her insane inmate, she vanished for
a few moments and reappeared with two buckets of ice.

Pilar's spirit plummeted to an abysmal level because she knew what that Moira
never missed an opportunity to put a cruel twist on things, not surprisingly the
buckets was poured into the pool to chill the water to an ice-cold temperature.

As Pilar was still only hoisted half way up, Moira used the opportunity to focus
her attention on the bare bottom, which was flogged raw by a flogger.

Before she would hoist Pilar any higher, Moira first brought two oversized
dildos that have been left in the freezer overnight, and inserted those into
Pilar's exposed holes. She shook violently when they were inserted, as they
felt like knifes splitting her private parts open.

Pilar was then hoisted up, so that she hang upside down with her legs spread
wide. The relentless attacks by the truncheon and Moira's hands had Pilar
swing back and forth with hear head toward the floor, at times she would
also pull Pilar sidewise by her hair, shaking her by a grip on her scalp, while
she added slaps to the chin with the second free hand. When Pilar showed any
sign of losing consciousness, Moira released her grip letting Pilar swing back
and then quickly lowered head down into the pool.

On alternative days Moira would place her on the torture chair, which now
had been modified with two electrical dildos in the center. Despite the use of
the electrical leash Pilar could not stop herself from panic and she would
struggle wildly when she was brought down sitting on the two devious devices
that would shock her bottom for hours while she was left for the day.

This became a routine over the following days, with Pilar standing waiting in
the morning to be let out. And as absurd it did sound. Moira claimed that the
alternate days were intended to provide Pilar with a bit of rest in the chair.

But in reality, the days in the chair were even worse, as she was ruthlessly
assaulted by the electrical shocks in her vulva and anus induced by the metal
flanges of the two enormous dildos.

To her own shock Pilar had noted that she had started to look forward to the
days when Moira's would remain in the dungeon for her 'treatment'. She were
not aware of it, but this reaction is not unheard of. That despite the horrifying
ordeals endured by the torture victim. They eventually form a bond with their
tormentor.

Pilar rather felt anger at herself, that her masochism would leave her with
such a reaction. Even so, it were something that grew in her mind over time.

Eventually she would watch Moira in anticipation as she prepared
the tools for the next torture session, her horniness and pure hatred for
the way she was treated juxtaposed side by side.
